BRIDGE BUILDERS NETWORK, INC, (BBN) founder/CEO Darin Earley has nearly two decades experience in public education as an Administrator, Classroom Teacher
and Human Relations Facilitator. He has conducted over 500 workshops and seminars addressing a variety
of topics including character education, human relations, cultural diversity, gifted student education, and professional development.
In addition, Mr. Earley is an adjunct professor at Loyola Marymount University in the Education Department, an author,
public speaker and a father of five.
As a secondary teacher and administrator, Darin has worked to develop positive relationships and improve inter-personal
communication among people from varied backgrounds. Via workshops, staff development, incentive/recognition
programs and teambuilding exercises, Darin challenges others to rethink the manner in which they communicate with others,
pursue their goals, and ultimately live their lives. As a former youth sports coach, he has
effectively applied the principles of BBN to build championship teams, motivate players towards greater levels
of achievement, redirect the efforts and focus of at-risk youth, and improve the overall performance of educators in public,
private and charter schools.
